1. Scope of Work & Fixed Proposals

All client engagements are governed by an agreed project brief and fixed-price proposal detailing deliverables, milestones, and timelines. We do not bill unexpected hourly overages for work defined within the agreed project scope.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment and project handover, the client receives 100% full ownership of all custom theme source code, page designs, visual assets, database records, and third-party account configurations created specifically for their project. We do not lock clients into proprietary software or restrictive hosting contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary project assets (copywriting, branding guidelines, credentials, and API keys) in a timely manner to maintain agreed launch timelines. Delays in asset provision may adjust final deployment dates accordingly.

4. Post-Launch Support & Warranty

Every custom build includes a 30-day post-launch warranty covering any technical bugs, browser compatibility issues, or broken functionality identified within the original project scope.

5. Limitation of Liability

iDesignYour.site shall not be held responsible for damages arising from third-party hosting outages, domain registrar failures, upstream API deprecations, or unauthorized client modifications following launch handover.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital service agreements, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
